We don’t just teach science—we bring it to life.
From tracking wildlife migrations to modeling climate systems, our courses immerse students in the real-world science of survival, sustainability, and stewardship. Learners don’t just memorize facts—they build field skills, explore career pathways, and uncover the hidden stories of the natural world through sensory-rich, inquiry-driven experiences. Whether it’s a kindergartener identifying animal tracks or a high schooler designing a conservation plan, we offer education that sparks wonder, builds confidence, and inspires action.
Wildlife Biologist & Environmental Educator
Step into the wild with Carrie Trew, a seasoned wildlife biologist and dynamic educator who’s spent over 20 years turning science into adventure. From sea turtle conservation in coastal habitats to endangered species management in zoo settings, Carrie brings real-world experience and infectious enthusiasm to every lesson.
As the founder and lead instructor of our nature-based science programs, Carrie designs NGSS-aligned curricula that spark curiosity, deepen understanding, and empower students to think like scientists. Her classes blend field-inspired investigations, sensory-rich activities, and systems thinking to help learners connect with the natural world—and their role in protecting it.
Whether she’s reading a book to our youngest explorers, guiding students through ecosystem modeling or helping them explore careers in natural resources,, Carrie’s mission is clear: to inspire the next generation of changemakers through the power of nature and science.
Our high school ecology classes are designed for students who want to dive deep into the science of life and the systems that sustain it. Led by wildlife biologist and environmental educator Carrie Trew, these courses combine rigorous academic content with immersive, real-world exploration.
Students investigate ecosystems, biodiversity, climate dynamics, and human impact through engaging lessons, field-inspired experiments, and inquiry-driven projects. Each course is aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and encourages critical thinking, systems analysis, and environmental stewardship.
Whether learners are preparing for college, pursuing careers in environmental science, or simply passionate about the planet, our ecology classes offer a meaningful and empowering experience.
